Mining Has Changed!

It appears as though mining on the shard has changed.

I had created another thread asking about this but
this post will show the information I have for you.

Mining Circles or the radius from the center point of a mining "spot" are smaller.
Some newer spots were added to these extra spaces between spots but not all.

Less ore is now gathered from mining spots but you can mine more often.

The random low points and high points of a mining resource spot were changed.
This means you can get as little as 1 Ore of the special kind at a mining spot
that has 2 Ores. I would never get less than 3 of these types of Ore before.

You can get almost the maximum ore of the special type at a mining spot.
One time I got almost all Valorite Ore from a mining spot(15 Val - 3 Reg. Ore)
I don't think it's a 50/50 chance of getting special ore at a mining spot anymore.

Smelting Ores seems to be harder for the more rare types like Verite and Valorite.(Fail More)
Agapite seems to be the same. Nothing like always making 1 ore pile of Valorite and having
it fail more and you had 13 ore to start with and now you have 1 ingot of valorite.

I have a set routine with my GM miner. I compared doing the routine now to a couple months ago.
I did the routine 4 times with pretty much the same results. I was never hungry. Remember to eat!
I always used the same tools.(GM Tinkered sold at my vender ) And tested during power hour.
I don't think power hour matters to me being GM but I did it anyway.

This information is all my own, until another GM Miner, Az or IPY 2.5 coder says anything(I doubt),
all the information we have about the NEW Mining settings. If you have info. please add yours.

I don't know much about mining on IPY but I'm pretty sure eating only gives you stamina back and dosen't affect chances of success for any skill.
I 'm also almost sure that a gm pickaxe wont affect the chances to mine with success either, it will just last more than a no exceptional one.

I take this chance to point out that exceptional weapons/armors and GM marked ones have EXACTLY the same values, lot people seems to ignore that.
