I don't believe him unless he was casting on himself with multiple chars. Which means you have to complete other chars first. And its expensive.
I don't think you could 7x by scroll farming from new in 4 days either.
It isn't like someone is going to join the server and 7x in 4 days.

Maybe you can't 7x a mage in 3 days, but you can 3-4x a dexxer in that time or less, even if you've just joined the server.
It's so lame now.
Might as well just give away free GM skills so people don't have to go through the horrible hassle of setting up a razor macro before they go to work/sleep. God forbid you have to make the slightest kind of effort in order to have a quality character.
