Macroing counts not logged in

Hi Az, i can understand the pala system and the 40 hr for the long counts, but why i have to stay logged to lose murders? 400 hours logged in game for 10 counts can't be 400 or at limit more but logged off ?

i think the idea behind it is that you shouldnt go red unless you plan on not macroing off counts
