    Serpent's Hold exile list cleared.

I'd like to invite everyone to start participating in OCB in Serpent's Hold again. The previous King, who shall remain nameless, has gone away sick and his replacement, King Sir Marcus Reyas, being a man who follows the Virtue of Compassion, has issued to reprieve to all previously exiled men, women and children.

    Hail the new King!

    Citizen,

The security of both citizens and visitors is of the utmost importance. During my reign, non-combatants will be kept out of harm's way and we will let the fighting forces do as they will. Criminals, however, will still be treated as such. As much as the Virtue of Compassion is a guiding principle in the life of any good-hearted Britannian, Justice must also be upheld.

    Sincerely,
