    Agreed about the distance delay.

    Imo the idea behind nerfing mini heal is to reduce the overall effectiveness of spamming it and force people to use gheal and disrupts on defense. Therefore, I think diminishing returns is a better fix than just reducing the overall effectiveness of the spell.

    I think arrow should disrupt 100% of the time and harm should be left as is.

    Agreed on removing distance delay, and making magic arrow 100%. I don't think mini heal is that big of an issue really. Like azria suggested that delay on the ebolt damage allows people to survive more often than they should.

    I also think a lot of the mini heal spamming in duels is due to the fact that there's no 100% interrupt.. its either 50% chance of a weap hit or spam mini heal and hope for the best.
