When I played on OSI (Europa) and before me and my guild felt good enough to join order/chaos, we had guild wars with several other guilds. Those guilds mostly had more members than we had, but they weren't that active. Each guild had a kind of hometome and when you wanted to have a fight you just went to their bank and it mostly turned out to be 3-5 players vs 3-5 players. Sometimes the number were even greater, but I dont think that one group ever outnumbered another by more then 3. This also led to almost no ****talking, no lame behavior, no reskilling, dry looting etc. Later when we turned order we were mostly participating in the Buccs Den cluster**** fights, where you had 10-20 on each side, but a lot of chaos guilds were in war amongst each other, the same is true for order. Thinking back, those guild wars were the best PvP I had in my entire UO career.
This being said, I was just wondering, if there are any other players who have the same experience like me. I hear a lot of complaints about OCB being zerg fests and I am really not interested in this at all. Are there smaller guild who have home towns, who are mediocre PvPers and who have some kind of friendly guild wars going on. I really haven't PvPed on IPY, because it seems a bit too elitist for me, but I would really like to have something like I described above again.
