-Let kings add things to the town, like walls. Or even go a step further, and make the king be able to decorate the town. Something that makes the king feel more involved and leave their mark.. let future kings refund their additions for treasury money.
-Give kings more options in general.. set vendor spawn amounts, allow murders in the city limits, give out player vendor spots.
-better things to spend militia points on

Make all towns solo no alliances and some kind of cap on members of a faction so that no one faction may surpass another by X people. fact is if you have more smaller groups you will have more entertaining and lasting pvp period
Remove ocb and implement factions or at least some tweaked version of factions for IPY.
IF ocb has to stay remove treasuries from having anything to do with OCB. I believe there are two big reasons IPY pvp is the way it is. 1) A lot of oldschool pvpers quit because they didn't like the grind. That is old news 2) I've mentioned this before but at any point in IPY 2 history there has been one superpower gank squad hell bent on taking over the OCB map so they can rape treasuries and funnel cash into their pockets. There's a cycle that goes like this. 3 - 5 groups of 3 - 5 people play for a couple of weeks in ocb. PVP is fun and reasonably active. Someone comes along and either mass recruits or joins 2 or more of these groups together because they want to take over the map, crush everyone and loot treasuries. They do this over the next 2 weeks. The other few groups of 3 - 5 play for a week of it and then stop showing up to OCB and jump on the forums saying "OCB isnt fun it's just gank squads" Gank squad caps the world, steals treasury a few times and after another week or two stops showing up to OCB and breaks up because it is boring. It then takes a couple of weeks before people get back into PVP because they have a sour taste in their mouths.
I believe if we either scrap treasuries completely or at least remove the ability to steal treasuries through OCB that we will be more likely to see groups stay at a reasonable size. I'm happy with the treasury either being just directly linked to kings and the town they represent or having treasuries removed entirely. The kings system should be more focused around running a town and making the town different or special for the population rather than just centered around OCB, capping towns and raping the treasury for personal gain. A little off topic but there needs to be more to do with treasury money for kings. I've got ideas for that but I'll save it for another thread so I don't pull this off topic, but yeah my main point is remove treasury theft, make pvp more about pvping. The faction system is near perfect IMO.

holy crap, I agree with violent beard. He brings great ideas to OCB and there should def. be some changes. Plus, Is there a possible way to make it not only in the morning?
