agreedPerhaps you guys are too far down the road with this development to bail out on it now, that's understandable. You've done a lot of work into something, and it's too much to throw away now even after the negative reception of the majority of your community. Maybe if you would've let out some info in piece meal, a.k.a. had a discussion with your community about what changes were going to be made, you'd have had been able to get good feed back that could've steered IPY 2,5 into an actually sensible direction. Now you've successfully alienated I'd say the majority of your remaining player base by announcing something that feels completely wrong. I still can't get over the fact that you've brought up renaissance PvP so many times on this forum, but every time the community has said no, but that didn't mean anything to you? It's also like Wire says, if someone wants a shard with mounts there are many more options that are better than IPY. You're trying to appeal to everyone, but end up appealing to noone. We want to play in the old world, with the current systems, tweaked and perfected from community feedback since we've tried it now for so many months, that's what we like about this shard. Did you notice that a couple of months ago, you were up to about 1k players, just from the announcement of IPY 2,5? People will come back to an actively managed shard where there's great interaction between developers and players. That's something which will keep a shard good and interesting. To try to build a shard on the concept of the only thing that's fun is a fresh start, is pretty short sighted I think.
