I know it is frustrating to not know and to wonder, but we really cannot say too much right now until we have tried and tested everything. We don't want to say x y z will go in, if it fails the testing.. or needs changing.
Just know this: Everything about 2.5 is from the Wind section of the forum, from the surveys that players filled out a while ago and from player feedback and in-game observation/feedback. All of which is being carefully balanced.
Yes, it is frustrating... I feel that too; everytime someone is spamming questions in IRC or in-game and I can't really give them any concrete answers. You have to remember though that Az is actually working hard, very hard on this.
As soon as he can give you any concrete answers or info, he will do.. Right now the coders are running in their wheels, coding.. being hassled and whipped daily. So stop with the nasty comments please, it really doesn't help.
This is a community and it is YOUR shard, we should all be working together, not against each other.
