I'm thinking about selling this villa situated on a prime spot right outside Cove.

What is the allure of having a villa outside of cove that would push the price 4x deed cost?
It's 3x deed price (including the deed) plus I already had one person interested in it. I dunno, perhaps people who fancy Cove and always wanted to have something bigger right outside the town wall ... I saw a lot of PvP around that area, well at least some time ago.Originally Posted by KY JELLY

when you have 10+ ocb enemies up your ass, its a good idea to have a safe house to hide in. especially right outside a city you're trying to take.

Honestly, i didn't try and don't know for sure. But I don't think so. It was difficult placing the villa further to the west ...
A tower at this spot would, of course, be very awesome.
