not a big fan of the hackers running around but i'm sure they'll get ironed out as it goes on. killed a guy tonight who had cheat coded in guns, made him rage quit at least. think i got his homie too.
every time i get bored of this game i go a few days without playing, but the next time i hop on it's fun again!

I wanted to try it but I somehow derped up the installation and couldn't get the right version patched. Maybe I'll give it another try when I'm feeling patient...definitely looks like fun.

which part did you have trouble with? it can be a bit tricky although it is easier now i think than when i first did it.

make sure you run both games before first before you install/launch dayz.

I don't mind people spawning hacked weapons but nuking an entire server is just rigoddamndiculous! I've had that happen to me twice last week. oh and those lovely teleporters. thunderdome anyone?

I can't wait for the standalone game to come out. I just hope the developer doesn't make it into a carebear game, since so many people are complaining about bandits(pks) lol

I've formatted my PC since trying to install DayZ last so I'll be starting the process over anyway. If I do run into trouble again I'll post here for some helps. thanks!

he was saying as early as september, though more likely october for it. pretty awesome. kinda sucks we'll probably all have to buy it again but i don't really mind, especially since the money is actually going to rocket this time. i think it's worth it to show gaming companies that people do want true sandbox games like this.

Started playing this mod about 2 weeks ago... Since then my brother, father, uncle, girlfriend and brother in-law all now play it with me. Game is more intense then any game I have ever played even UO. Killing and looting other players once again... FINALLY!!! If you dont have the game get it pronto.. Best game ive ever played... Good bye UO, im sorry!!
