Simple enough question. Having returned to UO after a long hiatus I again am in need of a house. The Vendor in Britain seemed to be charging outrageous prices.
Will it be cheaper to buy a deed or a placed house?
any help would be appreciated.
Also is a good way to farm for money by selling ignots and logs?
Small house deed you'll pick up off a player for 17-20k. Buy it placed to ensure it's not going to be stolen from you. Boards > Ingots IMO. You will sell them at a higher price, and you'll sell them fast because less people seem to farm them.
