"This is a one man sneaking mission" [duels in deceit]

Alright so I've been hanging out in deceit lately and have had some pretty good fights, figured I'd start sharing them since I keep seeing people saying how hard it is to be a solo dexer pker, which I agree with! But here's my experience so far.

So first up I did a bit of 1v2 against a guy named MarzipanFingers and his buddy Dirk Smallwood. I stalked them for a bit in the Lich Lord room at deceit and then made my presence known! Haha what a surprise! I actually went red taking the counts on them, but im more of a stay blue till I finish my skills kinda guy so I macroed those off while working on my skills.

Came away with 6k so that worked out just fine!

Ok this other shot is when I got the jump on Phire and challenged him to a 1v1 after he'd just finished rolling through on a bunch of blues with the rest of his crew. I was actually on my way out of the dungeon with a decent amount of loot as you can see [I always start my missions with 35 bandages/bolts/arrows and nothing else]. He tried to cast on me but my heavy xbow was quicker on the draw. To my surprise? 5k!

Yea Im pretty sure we where fighting like 6 orcs dropped them all and trying to res our dead and you came out shot me at like 20 health.. and ran away as my crew resed me then we went outfront and ran into like 9 orcs as they had re gathered.
But its always a surprise to get a dude who jumps out and one shots you when you at 20 health

So last night deceit was poppin as usual. Got into a few good fights!! Seemed like everyone was out to get me, but you know how it goes. So the highlight for me after stomping a few farmers and making about 12k was on my way back to deceit after dropping off the loots. I was running up to the entrance of deceit when surprise surprise about 5 orcs popped out. That's not the surprise, the surprise was that Black Death was rolling with them. Never known the orcs to work together with even other reds, but I figured w/e to each their own. Now I've encountered Black Death before in despise picking on the newbies and so I figured what the heck maybe I can get him. It was a rough fight, but I had a vanq heavy and power staff and enough pots to drown a whale and got his ass while his new friends did all they could to keep him up and blast my ass.

Ended up coming away with another 7k, guess they'd been hitting up a few farmers themselves! Thanks for the duel black but 1v6? Next time leave your buddies behind!

Yo so any ways tonight I thought I'd hit up deceit once again, see what there was to see. Well I gotta admit, didn't see a whole lot at first and so I got in a little archery training while I waited to see whats what. Just as I was capping out my archery though on the upper floors, bone knight style, I saw a ghost run out. It gave me a bit of confusion because I thought I'd checked all the lower levels already, but you never know what goes on in a dungeon like Deceit, there's a lot of nooks and crannies. Then I remembered I'd forgotten to check the sparkly room in the ancient lich area! I usually skip it, because it's usually unoccupied but that had to be the only place this guy coulda come from. So of course I just had to go check it out, see if he had any homies still hanging out or what the deal was. So any ways I got on down there and found a BRO buddy hanging about, won't mention names but All Kill All Skill might give you a hint, haha. He was cruising it up with a couple other goofs, farming up some ancient liches I guess. I went to work on them with my heavy, dropped a dude named OneOclock and made about 6.5k, not bad not bad.

Of course the other BRO was still at large and no doubt with a big purse too, so I decided to block his exit and wait for him to show up.

So he eventually came around, I mean where else was he gonna go? And then when he did, I challenged him to a 1v1. Did a couple 360 no scopes with my heavy X and had another 3k in my pocket, I decided it was time to bail. All in all, a slow night turned interesting. On the run out I saw their ghost homie running back in resed up and told him to thank his buds for me. Didn't stop for a response but I'm sure he figured out what I meant hahaha!
