adjusted skill gain to account for influx of new players catching up with the veterans

Pvp mechanics: mini heal reduction, some sort of adjustments to disrupts ladder for 1/2/3 spells, poison tick timer ie things that reduce luck in pvp
Adjustments to ocb or just delete the system and go with guild wars

Why do I have to say this every time I post a thread?
Alliances that work. If two aligned guilds are fighting two warred guilds. Right now in order to recognize our friends and enemies, we have them both in war....this screws up the closest enemy target. it sucks to accidentally kill your ally when you meant to hot-target an enemy. Alliance chat would also be nice for roleplay purposes.......but thats just a thought.
