Pvp mechanics: mini heal reduction, some sort of adjustments to disrupts ladder for 1/2/3 spells, poison tick timer ie things that reduce luck in pvp

FIX BUGS:
CARRAK at NORMAL FULL SPEED (currently it's slower than all other boats) ,
Pirate Tweaks: ( Dubloons non stealable from dock , No reverse gate on water , no immortal ships at docks [can't blow them])
stuff: Skill scrolls non stealable from corpse , dungeon entrance blocking with energy fields [no possible recovery for dexxers]
More things for PvMers to do that don't require you to be a bard or BS casting mage.
Spyglass tracking other boats many screens away for pirating and more exciting fishing adventures (on top of that cheaper boats).
Overland mega monsters that roam around and cause chaos but not the huge over powered 3hr fights with 50+ people mobs you added over christmas. That's not fun.
Portal dungeons, get them in. This was a huge draw point for several of my friends who quit. Not everyone is a huge PVP nerd and we need something for them to do.
