True Blood

Friend recommended it so I started watching this with my wife. First episode I was like "wtf? this is stupid and cheesy... and some things are just a total rip-off of Twilight" Yet.... there was something about it I really did like. So we watched two more episodes.

The plot started thickening up. Characters started to develop. Also the producers are very good at shocking, cliff-hanger, endings so you HAVE to see the next episode!

We're hooked now! We put on an episode or two now before we go to sleep and it's really starting to get very interesting. Yeah... it's still a little cheesy at times... it's not like Rome where it's sheer epic awesomeness at every moment.... but it's a great waste of time before we go to sleep =)

Pretty good show. This season has been alright so far.. just now starting to get intense (7 episodes though).

My special lady and I are into it, as well. About every two episodes we laugh about how mediocre the acting is, but it's just a nice, casual show to watch with your SO. Prepare to do more WTF at each season ender and opener. I'm usually befuddled at the new direction it takes every season but it continues to entertain!

I think Eric's acting this season is spot on with the books. But in relation to the books, his current predicament was a huge part of that particular novel, so it only makes sense for him to be the most interesting thing on the show right now. True Blood is a great show. Of course, it has it's moments of cheese, but thankfully they don't involve sparkly vampires.

The softcore porn aspect isn't all that bad either.

I have been watching a japanese anime called monster. Its awesome good.

Aww that's sad. I like Fringe, I just never have time to watch it. Of course, when it gets cancelled, I'll bitch and complain.
