I dont really get tear jerker moments anymore, but as a kid i remember a few from disney movies. Bambis mother dying. Simba running back to face Scar. Beast watching as the last petal drops.

The Quiet Man - with John Wayne and Maureen O'Hara

The entire movie is a string of magic, but the rough-and-tumble scene of dragging, shoving, pushing, and hauling Mary Kate the five miles from the station across the countryside to the farm and feet of Will Danaher is most famous. "He's walking her back - the whole long way!" Villagers on foot and on bicycle follow the pair across fields to see Sean finally fulfill her wishes by confronting her brother. When she loses her shoe or falls, he doesn't stop hauling or marching her along: "It's only five miles. Just a good stretch of the legs." One woman offers a stick: "Sir, here's a good stick to beat the lovely lady."

    I love this movie!

Book of Eli when you find out he was blind the whole time

Vanilla Sky, when she tells Tom Cruze that he came in her mouth and that was supposed to mean something, then driving off the bridge. Good lolz on that

American History X "teeth to the curb!"

3 off the top of my head:

    Houston we have a problem.

Ready for my closeup, Mr. Demille...

annnnnnnnnnnd the church scene where Beatrix and Bill are talking about her fiance and music.

    PS - ATTICA

PPS - Someone mentioned "watch scene" and I instantly thought of the epic 8 man dialogue scene in True Romance between Christopher Walken and Dennis Hopper, even though I got to that thought by thinking of Pulp Fiction watch scene with Walken first.. Nobody mentions True Romance but that movies pretty tight.

I just say Plant of the Apes in theater, wow. . . I loved it. This scene was amazing when Ceasar, the main Ape faced the Ape handler in the habitat he was in. I want to say more but don't want to spoil the movie. It gave me the chillies. Go see this film, I thought it was the best I have seen all year.

Oh, and the scene about the fat kid, I enjoyed that and vaguely remember watching it as a kid. Nice one.
