I have a GM thief and do find the small piles of 1-10 gold/reg stolen per attempt fairly annoying an increase on the minimum amount stolen would be nice, not sure how this server relates to OSI...

IMO t-chests should auto despawn shortly after they are emptied they currently stay in place for quite some time.
