To all future inhabitants and citizens of Moonglow, this is your invitation to join the alliance of the Order of Moonglow. This group is exclusively dedicated to defending and sustaining the power of Moonglow.
The Order of Moonglow is seeking to protect and provide mutual benefit to all members of the order. No matter your goal, so long as you are a citizen of Moonglow and a member of the Order you can benefit. In addition to the benefits inherited by joining the order, this alliance is forming to protect all citizens of Moonglow from having our town jeopardized by monarchy rule.
Additionally, members are allowed safe and free access to the Ice Island to the North of Moonglow. Moonglow, having discovered and long standing proprietorship, is the true and rightful owner of said island. The Order will serve to protect their allies on it and vanquish those who do not belong. This extends to the treasures within the dungeon Deceit as well as access for members to the "bone knight training wall", a long standing tradition of Moonglow to enable warriors to hone their skills in relative safety.
Members of the order will be allowed to vote for the configuration of Moonglow; magery shall never be banned, the tax rate shall be low and the bonus options will be decided by the majority (be it bonus to wizards, naval port bonus, etc.). No actual decision by the appointed "King" from the Order will go without vote before the Order.
Members of the order that partake in crafting skills will be afforded the primary vendor placement locations around the city of Moonglow, as well as access to various vendor houses located throughout the world.
Any benefits able to be bestowed upon Moonglow citizens will befall upon members of the Order preferentially.
Members are afforded free access to the guild docks on the Ice Island with safe haven, repairs and protection for their ships.
Mercenaries and bandits that are members of the order will not harm members of the order and conversely they are afforded safety from the Paladins and detectives of the order. It is a mutually beneficial relationship for all members of the order.
Members of the order that prove their combat prowess will be entitled to join the order's select militia in protecting Moonglow from chaotic forces. This special force will subsequently be awarded all of the same privileges of the order as well as enjoying spoils of war they obtain by killing their victims in protection and on behalf of the Order. Order of Moonglow Militia will be not require order members to join but all those willing and able to are encouraged.
Groups that would like to have their affiliation noted within the Order or the Order's militia are able to. For example, if your subgroup guild known as "Moonglow Mercanaries" were to join, your title would display as [MM, <guild title>, OoM]. The Order encourages the guilds of Moonglow to retain their identities while members of the order but have access to all of the same benefits of the Order.
