I already have 3 accts. and have been logging on fine from my house. When I downloaded and installed UO at my parent's house I get this error and can't connect. I'm pretty computer literate and have tried multi avenues to fix the issue. Including reinstalling both UO and patch 3 times, installing both in administrator mode, ipy client, razor client, nothin works. Please help.

Did you check if your router firewall or pc firewall was blocking the connection?

Make sure you're connecting to Server: playipy.com port:2593 with razor.

Double check your password and user id again.

^ Those are some reasons that gave me problems connecting at one point or another.
