Unlock karma

I looked around abit but didn't find any answer on this problem I have. I wanted to go to a shrine and unlock my karma. So I went to Compassion in the desert, and spoke the word "mu". But it didn't do anything, no message or anything. I tried several times. What now? Does anyone know how to do this?

Just left click on the ankh and you get a meny that says "unlock karma".
