Does seem slightly off target when it changes to target, and target cursor seems smaller then mouse cursor. Could just be me!

Off target compared to where the original cursor would have clicked or off target in relation to the center of the circular target cursor?

See, I tried to get it somewhere inbetween with a preference for staying closer to the original cursor's hotspot.

Strange. I can't see any new cursor. It just looks like the black arrow everywhere now instead of switching the the I looking thing and the hand on links.
