Send me a PM here or on irc to hear my prices.

I'm still buying any Master Scrolls people have for sale so if you'd like to trade for one of these or sell me your Master Scroll, feel free to PM.

…Pardon? Ur copied gate travel scroll is 3.2k each?

I remember that u said "Gate travel master scroll is worth no more than 9k" in another thread…

Well, anyway. if reasonable price of Gate travel scroll is as u saying in this thread, then I'll be able to sell master scrolls at a huge price and buy a bigger house. :)

master scrolls should be worth much more than what I've seen them selling for, considering the price people are selling the copies. People with master scrolls, just hold out and dont sell to idiots offering 10k

I think it's okay that selling master scrolls for 10Kish.

But then scribes should sell copied ones quite much cheaper than now.

They should obey the minimum business morality.

However Look at the owner of this thread.

"GT master scroll is worth no more than 9k" and "Selling copied GT scrolls each for 3.2k" - Both are his words.

What the...

I know he has no enough Inscription Skillpoints to make copied GT scrolls without failures, so I can understand he wants to sell copied GTs expensive. But, u know, it's not reasonable.

The only business morality is profit. See Say's Law (Law of Market, Classical Economics).

But please consider that if you find a mastery scroll and you want to make big cash, then make a scribe.

Selling the scroll in itself should not give even close to the money you can make if you also put the time and effort into making a scribe who can make copies.

Don't do pale wordplay. Profit is NOT business morality even in market orientation of nowadays. It's just the most important goal. Morality is a should-obey way to that goal. So we call the person who do not that way an economic offense or an economic criminal. Do law systems in this planet protect those naughty only-profit-chasers too, huh? I doooon't think so.

I know scribe's hardships. But the problem is PROPER DEGREE. Buying a master scroll of 60ish charges for under 10k and sell each copied scrolls for 3.2k - Is these gaps between input & output proper? Or even in common sense? Oh, yeah. I know the effort of farmers so I should pay a ton of dollars to purchase a grain of wheat, huh? My opinion is not All Crafters/Sellers must be volunteers but Don't go too far

The way I see it is Master Scrolls are at their peak value right now and will only decline as time passes, eventually to where they are worth only a few hundred gold a piece.

As the scribe market becomes saturated, supply will go up. As people fill out their spellbooks, first on their mains, then alts, demand will go down. Steadily increasing supply, steadily decreasing demand.

Get what you can for master scrolls right now because soon Feesh's competition will undercut him, and that will go back and forth until prices settle at their lowest possible point which is = to cost of supplies + maybe 5% profit.

Plus Feesh is an honorable trader, it's worth giving him a slight discount because he pulls no shenanigans, is always on, always has money on time. Those are worthy traits when seeking a buyer or seller.

You people are dumb. Scribing from a master scroll, say FS or GT will yield something like 15-20% success at current skill level. You don't get 60 scrolls from a master scroll with 60 charges. You fail a lot. Furthermore they are pumping huge amounts of money into magery and inscription which does not return much money selling back scrolls to npcs like blacksmithing. Again, you are dumb.

Thanks guys. I just want to say that my pricing also takes into consideration the thousands upon thousands of regs I go through to get to the skill I need to be able to scribe these spells.
Prices will drop, if you're unhappy about them then wait, nobody is asking you to buy copies now. Nobody is telling you to sell your master scrolls now - but their worth will drop, too. If you want to be able to gate as soon as your skill allows then yeah, you're going to have to pay for the "rarity" of the scrolls in their current state.
I say this to a lot of people, but myself and the other high skill scribes are pretty much in agreement that we'll not be paying more than 10k for master scrolls anymore, if that.

Ooooh.

So, we should pay much more money for a steak cooked by an apprentice, because Poor-skilled apprentices experience lots more failure to cook meat proper?

What a nice idea!

Now I can't sure u guys live in the world of the market economy even though u guys are mentioning market economy.

If you don't wait to wait for your apprentice to become a master before buying your steak, then yes.

So wait, you are going to pay people more money for them as your skill increases? You'll be making more money too. Hell, by then more and more people will have money to drop on things like Runebooks and Scrolls so you should be raking in the cash, right?

You should be happy someone works they're ass of to make circle 7 scrolls for you guys for like 2-3k.. Come on?? thats 10 monsters.. And you are complaining? Scribes are worthless in a week.. no point in being one.. server will be flooded with scrolls thanks to the high drop rate.. so excuse us for trying to make some gold for our pain with the scribes...

I'm really sorry, I should just spend 60 hours making a scribe to sell scrolls for 100gp each! Honestly.. we skill from them!! we should be happy to sell at that price!!!!! :))))
