Pretty worthless, you can double click it and make a bet, it basically works like heads or tails... If you win you double your money. Coin disappears after one use.

I originally thought these were meant to be heavily-skewed in your favour - in my first 10 coins I doubled about 7 times, quadrupled once and lost twice - essentially equating to 1k each per use. Then I bought like 10 from a vendor and lost almost every one... The sample size is still too small to tell but I am assuming that they are slightly skewed in your favour, and hence not worth much.
