Dragonborn Dragonborn
By his honor is sworn
To keep evil forever at bay
And the fiercest foes rout
When they hear triumph's shout
Dragonborn for your blessing we pray

And the scrolls have fortold
Of black wings in the cold
That when brothers wage war come unfurled
Alduin bane of kings
Ancient shadow unbound
With a hunger to swallow the world

Introduction
This is going to be a very serious roleplay group based off of the elder scrolls series. We will make our home on Ice Island. When we type in chat, it will only be in the dragon language which will be later posted. Although it is not required, knowing some of the lore of the elder scrolls always helps. If your interested send me an aim at dr4gun0v99@aim.com

Ranks
Kiin
In dragon language, kiin stands for child/newborn. In the clan, the kiin are the beginning rank and considered peasants or trainees.

Vahriin
In dragon language, Vahriin means sworn. In the clan, the Vahriin are warriors that have shown their dedication in the battlefield.

Norok
In dragon language, Norok means fiercest. In the clan, the Norok are true warriors and are generals in the ranks of the dragonborn.

Kruziik
In dragon language, Kruziik means ancient. In the clan, the Kruziik are veteran members and are trusted by the highest ranks and are masters of the sword.

Dovahkiin
In dragon language, Dovahkiin means dragonborn. In the clan, the Dovahkiin are the highest rank other than the Dovahjun, or the dragon king/lord, and have been in the clan for enough time and have shown plenty of dedication in both the battlefield, and leadership. The Dovahkiin are looked up to by all the other ranks.

Dovahjun
In dragon language, Dovahjun means dragonking/dragonlord. This is the king and the owner of the clan.

Lore
Alduin
Alduin is the Nordic variation of Akatosh, and only superficially resembles his counterpart in the Eight Divines. For example, Alduin's sobriquet, 'the world eater', comes from myths that depict him as the horrible, ravaging firestorm that destroyed the last world to begin this one. Nords therefore see the god of time as both creator and harbinger of the apocalypse. He is not the chief of the Nordic pantheon (in fact, that pantheon has no chief; see Shor) but its wellspring, albeit a grim and frightening one.
Another legend says that Alduin can "eat" away the age of his victims, and that he once ate the entire Nord population down to age six after being summoned by Orkey.

The land of Skyrim
Skyrim is the northernmost province of Tamriel, and is a cold and mountainous region. Although it is one of Tamriel's less hospitable provinces, it has been home to both elven and human civilization since time immemorial. It is currently inhabited by the human race of Nords. The Aldmer and Falmer occupied Skyrim until the late Merethic, when the final wave of Nordic immigration, led by Ysgramor, finally drove out the mer. Skyrim is a rugged, ravaged place, the site of many past battles. The Nords believe that they were created here, on the mountain known as High Hrothgar. Settlers from Atmora made landfall here many times before claiming the region as their own. These spaced-out migrations often resulted in clashes with the Aldmer. "Out of this time also rose one of the most legendary of all Tamrielic figures, Ysgramor, from whom all Nordic kings are descended. His clan expanded their territory, and it continued to expand and contract by winning and losing territories in Morrowind and High Rock. After quarrels from the rivalries of the Ysgramor clan however, Skyrim weakened and separated into multiple states during the War of Succession. Thenceforth it would only be united for brief periods. Skyrim engaged in multiple clashes with High Rock over its western Reach, a civil war involving The Wolf Queen of Solitude, an invasion of Cuhlecain's kingdom of Cyrodiil, and wars with Hammerfell and High Rock during the Imperial Simulacrum.

Tamriel
Tamriel is the continent upon which Skyrim rests. Each of the nine provinces has its own individual ruler, and the Empire's influence is less strongly felt outside of the central province of Cyrodiil.

Dragon Language
The Dragon language consists of both spoken and a written language. The spoken language appears to consist both of some mundane words, and roughly two dozen three word shouts. These shouts can be found on Word Walls, walls with the ancient dragon language engraved upon them. The language can also be learned from the Greybeards, who reside at the Throat of the World. These shouts have a range of powers, such as the ability to slow down time, push an enemy away, or conjure fire. Though the language can be learned by those who cannot make use of its power, a Dragonborn is able to fully harness its capabilities; in particular, a Dragonborn has access to the magical power words.

Dragons
A dragon's physical characteristics can be best compared to those of a two legged Wyvern. They are large, scaled creatures, easily several times larger than a human or elf. The dragon has long, slender extremities, with thin, bat-like wings. Dragons have three sharp talons and one vestigial digit known as a dewclaw on each of their legs, as evidenced by their written language: all of the character symbols consist of a maximum of three scratches, and sometimes a dot from the dewclaw. Dragons also have a ridge of spikes along the back. It is unknown if all dragons have a similar physical appearance, though it has been confirmed that dragons scales come in more than one shade. The best example of this are the Jill, black dragons that serve Alduin. This is in contrast to that of other known dragons, who seem to have brown, somewhat grey, scales. There are at least five types of dragons: fire, frost, white-skinned, bronze-skinned and green-skinned dragons. Frost dragons are stronger than fire dragons, while green-skinned dragons are stronger than both white- and bronze-skinned dragons. After a dragon's soul is absorbed, it will be reduced to a skeleton. Dragon bones can be used to make powerful armor.

I think this is a fantastic idea , these groups always bring a lot of pvp around. I would consider joining but , I am not ready to dedicate myself to learning a new language of the dragon.

Awesome idea! Be sure to send a war invite to Boulderfist Orc Clan and we'll have an RoE like we do with Yew.

Also, I would join but I will be too busy playing Skyrim on the 11th (pre-order ftw!) and what time is left will have to go to the Orks. But good luck and hope to see you in the field, dragons are tasty! Giant Bawk Bawk? HOLI SKAH!!!
