Dexter Season 6

Glad my favorite show is back. They started the season with 3 deaths, although I think Dex is getting sloppy. I like the fact he is going up against what looks like a mentor/student (father/son?) combo.

What are your thoughts?

****! i forgot it started! i need to download it. thanks for reminding me! i love this show and i'm glad it sounds like they're starting this season out good, because i wasn't real thrilled with the way the ended season 5. it just wasn't the usual dexter season ending imo.

I liked the first episode, I like the "faith" premise they are using for this season. I do wonder how the new bad bad guys will be carried through the season and if Dexter will meet and hang out with them (like he did with Trinity) before stopping them.

Showtime also has a new series called Homeland which had a pretty good pilot episode....la

Dexter is an amazing show and the premise is fantastic. One of the best things about the show though is the award-winning opening scene. I will be watching the episode today so curb the spoilers! I heard they have new music or a new opening scene or something of that nature? I'm excited!

The name of the show is not Dexter, it's "The show that comes on before Breaking Bad"

I think with this season they are going to start following the books and we are going to learn that *SPOILER*the children are sociopaths as well. Or at least Harrison and Dexter's step-daughter as she seems to show a lot less emotion and seems to be more calculated then his step-son*SPOILER*

In interviews all of the actors went on and on about how much of an impact this season ends up having for the entire Dexter story and all the seasoned cast members said the second half of the season ended up being more... ghastly and twistier(im para-phrasing here) then when they killed off Rita.
