MMO's that let you steal from other players

Other than UO, are there any other MMO's on the market right now, pay or free, official or freeshard, that allow you to play a thief that can actually pickpocket other players? The only other game I've ever played that allowed it was Shadowbane but it never really picked up. I heard about a SB free shard project but I don't know if it ever came to fruition.

Mostly, people really don't like being stolen from.

Not really. As a thief loving game player I have yet to find a game that even came close to the stealing ability in UO. Most games with have a rogue style you can play, but that is usually based on being able to stealth around.

I'd love to see this shard add to the thieves experience, I think most of us would love more of a challenge. Once I GM'd my thief, I really haven't played him that much. Between the tracking bug, and the stacking "feature" I have somewhat lost the interest in rolling around on him...la
