Selling ingots

Hello there. Could anyone point out the location of an npc that buys iron ingots? I've read that smiths are willing to buy that stuff, which makes sense, but I just cannot seem to find one of those.

I don't believe any NPC vendors buy raw materials, ingots included. You will either need to use the ingots yourself or hang onto them until players have enough money to buy them from you. Once people starting accumulating gold, they will be more than willing to pay for ingots.
