Random City Dungeon Moongates

IMO dungeon moongates shall not teleport you only to Britain, cuz if you are not order you find yourself ganked by 5 order guys.

It should be random city.

It should be where your citizenship is, period. Those gates are the only reason I'm citizen of Britain and I think it's annoying because I would have a lot less walk to do with Jhelom.

For the life of me I cannot figure out why it wasn't done this way. It's so exploitable the way it is now.
