What I'm looking for:

1.) A mature group that is kind to eachother and other players.
2.) No elitism; this is a video game. Lets be good at what we do but don't be an ass!
3.) PvP: I'd prefer to be anti-PK and involved in OCB.
4.) PvM: I actually enjoy running dungeons. It would be fun to go to deceit/hythloth as well as try the new fire dungeon.
5.) Patience for noobs: my girlfriend never played before IPY2 and runs a basic dexer. She doesn't play as much as me.
6.) Weekday play times around 8-9 pm Eastern (I'm west coast)

My chars:

Otusasio (Med/Fencer)
92 fencing
88 tactics
81 healing
94 anatomy
94 meditation
76 magery
71 resist

Vidav (Swords/Mage)
90 swords
89 tactics
87 wrestling
86 Eval
84 meditation
75 magery
68 resist

Kershaw Shun (GM Tailor)

I have a detective with 90 wrestling, 99 forensics, 90 detect hidden, 75 hiding, too.

My Girlfriend's char:

Skyeblue (Swords/Parry dexer)
97 Anatomy
93 Parry
91 Swords
88 Tactics
84 Healing
56 Magery
60 Resist

Don't shy away from the RP aspect... it adds a whole new layer of fun to this game!

Thanks for responding. I've looked into [Yew] and it is interesting. I don't want to studying up on everything I need to know to be a [Yew]. I'm a little more casual.

I felt the same way and was a little apprehensive about it... " do I really need to read and learn all of this?!" I'm a casual gamer myself; I don't have time to sit here and learn all of this stuff.

You just pick it up as you go; nobody expects you to be a Yew Militia scholar. As long as you are having fun, trying to learn, and listen to officers as they help you.... I think you'll find all of that information is learned as a result of gaming with us. These things are there to facilitate a unique, fun, experience... not to burden you.

Give it a try man; what's the worst that can happen? So it doesn't work out and you move on? Maybe you have the same experience I did and find out it's the best group of people you've gamed with in years? Won't find out till you try!
