I actually chose this over another layout that was ready to go, and much flashier. I enjoy the readability and classy simplicity of this forum look.

Oh, and before anyone asks:
It's a MONGBAT.
We have an amazing illustrator working with us and that was a sketch he did for me. Since it was only in the rough stages, I shopped it up and used it as a logo. When I get the final version we'll have an even better logo. ;)

I'm indifferent. Generally I prefer lighter, more contemporary layouts. However, as long as a forum is simple and easy to navigate, colors don't bug me too much.

The black I like, if im honest i'm not sure about the red....i'd probably prefer a darker red, more maroon so its less contrasting.

What's a mongbat?
I like it but I'm generally indifferent. Kinda reminds me of the WTFman color scheme from a long time ago.

Also, let me know if the site is broken or horribly misaligned for anyone. My web skillz are very 1998, so I tried to keep it simple. I know you can break it in very low screen resolutions.

Looks fine to me. If anything it could a slightly darker Red for the major parts (text can still be a bit brighter). Maybe its just me. Bright shit just bothers me.
