Ranged Weapons
The MINIMUM shot delay for ranged weapons depending on dexterity for BOTH equipping and post-movement:
1. Delay = 0.25seconds at 100dex
2. Having over 100 dexterity (pots / spells) will not improve the shot delay.
3. This is only the minimum. You still must wait your full 'stationary' shot delay.
